We were delighted with our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the central business district was perfect for exploring all the attractions, including the iconic ruins of St. Paul. The hotel's proximity to shops and commercial services made it extremely convenient for us to find whatever we needed.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great choice for those who want to be close to all amenities. It is just a short walk to the nearest casino, and even closer to the smaller casino on the other island. With spacious rooms and a well-appointed bathroom, guests can expect a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the included breakfast offers plenty of choices.
The only downside is the limited vegetarian and vegan options available in the hotel's food court.

Grand design. Got upgraded to executive suites so was well impressed with the room & facilities. Free shuttle bus services.
Not a completely non-smoking hotel. Lack of electrical sockets in room, especially near bed & sofa. No wifi at certain parts of the room.

I recently stayed at this elegant hotel in a central location near famous attractions such as ruins of st paul and senado square. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and there were convenient shuttle services available to the ferry terminal and airport.
I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

The location was ideal. It was at the centre of Macau.
Upon checking in, rather than just asking for a credit card to secure my room, they asked me to pay for the room already plus a deposit which was already almost equivalent to the room I booked. It was the first time I experienced such a policy wherein you need to pay for the room already and give an additional deposit. Besides this, the room we got also had an "old" smell to it as if the room has not been used for some time. It was also dusty in the room.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. We were greeted by a friendly staff member, who even helped us find a seat in the lobby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also provided a handy phone for our convenience. The location was great, with convenient shuttle buses to popular attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade and complimentary wine, making us feel truly valued. The location was perfect, with everything within a short drive or even walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a great level of comfort. The staff's friendliness and hospitality exceeded all expectations, and we cannot wait to return.
One small issue we encountered was the busy lobby, which was mainly due to the adjacent casino. However, this seemed to be the norm in all big hotels in the area.

The staff was courteous and helpful, arranged a special surprise for our 2nd honeymoon. The hotel's location was near major sights and the ruins of St. Paul, easily accessible by walking distance. The beds were comfy and the breakfast spread was fabulous!
No issues.
